A project bible is a shareable snapshot of the story information you choose to include. Export after a review pass so the document reflects the version you want an editor or collaborator to see.
Prepare the export
- Check project title, synopsis and structure.
- Review the names of characters, locations, plots and scenes.
- Remove temporary notes or clearly label material that is still exploratory.
- Decide whether the recipient needs the full project or only selected sections.
Choose the content
- Open the project’s export action in the Apple app.
- Select the sections and story elements to include.
- Choose the layout appropriate for a narrative project or script-oriented review.
- Generate the PDF and inspect the first and last pages before sharing it.
Share intentionally
The PDF is a copy of the information selected at export time. It does not create a live link to your project and it does not update when the project changes. Give the recipient the version date or project revision so later feedback has a clear reference.
